TieUp mediates damage claims. Filing notifies the boater, who has 5 days to respond; TieUp then reviews both sides and recommends a settlement. TieUp does not automatically charge the boater.
Payouts are handled by Stripe, the payment company used by Amazon and Lyft. TieUp never sees your bank login or card numbers.
Renting your personal dock? Choose Individual. Only pick Company if you operate through a registered business (LLC, corporation).
